Important information from the Bexley Park Board of Directors:
  • Parking is the biggest concern/complaint in Bexley Park. Please respect the parking regulations of Bexley Park HOA & the City of Delray Beach. If a person parks on the swales out in front of homes, they will run the risk of receiving a parking ticket from the City of Delray. Also, NO PARKING in the back alley's by the garages, persons who do run the risk of being towed by our parking enforcement company. These rules are in place for emergency services. If an emergency vehicle cannot make it down the street, it potentially endangers your neighbors, possibiliy creating a liability situation if damages occur. The rules are for the safety and benefit of all Bexley Park residents & their guests.
If you have questions about parking in the community, please email bexleypark@gmail.com or call Delray Beach Police Non-Emergency 561-243-7800
  • Speeding continues to be a concern and could result in an accident with grave consequences. Please slow down and use the round-a-bouts correctly. Please report speeding concerns to the Delray Beach Police Department non-emergency number 561.243.7800.
  • Due to recent break-ins and pool vandalism, motion detector lights and other security measures have been installed at the pool. The Board asks that all residents keep their eyes open and report any suspicious activity to the Delray Beach Police Department non-emergency number 561.243.7800.
  • Already on the e-mail list?? We have several residents who are on the list, but whose e-mail consistently fails because your mail servers are rejecting mail; please be sure to add BexleyPark@gmail.com to your ‘safe’ senders list so you can receive e-mail. If you are not on the list, please e-mail your full name & street address to BexleyPark@gmail.com to be added. It is a private community e-mail list dedicated to protecting your privacy.
  • Reminder: any kids driving motorized scooters, golf carts, go-carts, etc., in the community (including and especially on the sidewalks) will be subject to ticketing and having their scooter/cart impounded.  This jeopardizes the safety of all residents and guests. Legal action and injury will have an effect on the budget through legal bills and medical bills.
  • If you are a pet owner, please be considerate and clean up after your pets; remember to always leash and curb your pets when walking them.
  • With the addition of the new City Park, the Board requests that all residents to do their part to keep it clean and safe. Also remember that the Gopher Tortoises in the wooded area are a protected species and should be left alone. According to the city web site, dogs and other pets are prohibited in all city parks. Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation has designated a Dog Park located in Lake Ida Park.
  • For the safety of the animals and the sanitation of our community, please DO NOT feed the ducks and waterfowl at the lake or the wandering peacocks that visit us from the next community.
