  • PARKING: Parking continues to be the biggest concern/complaint in Bexley Park. Please respect the parking regulations of Bexley Park HOA & the City of Delray Beach. If a person parks on the swales out in front of homes, they will run the risk of receiving a parking ticket from the City of Delray. Also, NO PARKING in the back alley's by the garages, persons who do run the risk of being towed by our parking enforcement company. These rules are in place for emergency services. If an emergency vehicle cannot make it down the street, it potentially endangers your neighbors, possibiliy creating a liability situation if damages occur. The rules are for the safety and benefit of all Bexley Park residents & their guests.
