Dear Residents,

As a reminder, anytime you make a change to the exterior of your home, including your landscaping, you are required to submit an Architectural Review Application for approval. In the event you have made changes on your property and they have not been approved, you could be subject to removal of the modifications. Additionally, you may have fines imposed upon you through the violation process if you do not comply.

The Board of Directors has directed A & N Management to make a complete assessment of all changes that have been made without approval. You will be notified, by letter, of changes to your property with no approved Architectural Review Application on file. These will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. The purpose of this action is to bring all properties back into compliance with your community documents, rules and regulations.

Additionally, this letter is to advise you that on April 16, 2008, the Board of Directors adopted a comprehensive “Landscape Plant List.” This list is to be used when you plan to make any changes to your landscape. You are encouraged to keep this list on file so that, in the event you do make changes, you can refer to this list to create your landscape plan in preparation for submitting your Architectural Review Application.

Regards,

John Kline LCAM, A & N Management
