Bexley Park HOA Committees


Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

1. Review all architectural change requests  2. Evaluate each request for adherence to ARC guidelines 3. Make recommendations to the Board regarding approval or denial of each request 4. Follow-up after changes have been made to ensure they adhere to HOA guidelines and approved ARC change request 5. Notify the board if a homeowner is making/has made changes for which a request has not been submitted 6. Send a committee representative to each Board meeting
 
Social Committee

The social committee organizes activities for the community to get involved in, to meet neighbors and to have fun. They are currently working on community events, such as a kid's event and also a community party at the pool.


Landscaping Committee

The committee is established to ensure that all the homeowner's properties are maintained at a level that is in keeping with the HOA rules and regulations. This includes making sure that sufficient shrubbery is installed and that all lawns, shrubs and trees are being maintained. Monthly inspections will be done to inform anyone that is not in keeping with the rules.


Newsletter Committee

The Newsletter Committee is looking for a chairperson.

The objective of the newsletter is to help foster a sense of community and unite the neighborhood through the sharing of pertinent information. The goal is to publish it bi-monthly. The newsletter will initially be hand delivered but we would like to switch to an e-mailed version as soon as possible. Website Committee

Fining Committee

1. Hear resident appeals and grievances concerning imposed fines for violations
2. Present recommendations to the Board of Directors concerning resolution of resident grievances
